Overview
In terms of gas detection, the gas detection system with photoacoustic spectroscopy technology is manufactured based on the principle that the absorption spectra of different gases vary from gas to gas. Different gas molecules have different chemical structures, so have different absorption degrees to different wavelengths of infrared radiation. That is to say, each gas has a strong absorption to the specific-wavelength light in its spectrum, and the concentration of the gas can be determined by detecting the influence of the gas on the wavelength and intensity of the light. The intensity of the same absorption wavelength is proportional to the gas concentration.
The HNP5600 SF6 gas quantitative leakage detector is based on the principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy technology: it uses a specific emitter to emit a bundle of monochromatic light source; when passing through the modulated light source, SF6 gas absorbs light energy, and the wavelength and intensity of the light source change; the energy change also causes pressure fluctuation, which can be detected by the microphonic pickup and piezoelectric ceramic microphone, and the photoacoustic signal is obtained by the amplifier and then converted to a voltage signal so as to obtain the concentration value of SF6 gas.
