HNPJR-110 Steel Cylinder Heating Device

Overview
When filling gas into the GIS, the liquid sulfur hexafluoride in the steel cylinder starts gasification and heat absorption due to pressure reduction, but the moisture in the environment adsorbed on the surface of the steel cylinder condenses into “ice armor” to make gasification of the sulfur hexafluoride liquid slow or even impossible, thus greatly reducing the gas filling efficiency. In many cases, alcohol torches are used to heat the steel cylinders, but this method is not safe and wastes manpower.
In order to solve this problem, we have developed a series of cylinder heating devices in conjunction with a number of power transformation specialist engineers. The HNPJR-110 steel cylinder heating device is an upgrade of the blanket-type heating device. With organic integration of various functional heating components, this device is easy to carry, has improved safety configuration, and is more in line with the electric power department’s accident prevention measures.
